The Memo's Strategic Significance: A Weapon for Agenda 47

The Epstein memo is understandably causing a lot of confusion and dread. However, I believe it might be widely misinterpreted. In line with the theory I've been presenting throughout the Agenda 47 series, this memo is likely part of an ongoing effort to negotiate with various entrenched Deep State and Cabal organizations, assets, and actors across the United States and globally. From this perspective, the memo, in my opinion, could signal good news. In this article, I'll explain how and why this could be good news and how it might fit with Trump’s Agenda 47 and the broader MAGA effort.

Even though it may not mean we will see the coveted mass arrests anytime soon, if my interpretation is correct, it suggests that the FBI, the DOJ, and the broader Epstein narrative—along with all the blackmail material he gathered on prominent individuals over the past decades—now serve as a powerful weapon for Trump and his team. This weapon, I contend, is being used to dismantle the Deep State and reform the global order in alignment with the MAGA agenda.

This is precisely what I theorized in the article "A47 Brief: Covert Moves or Broken Promises? Decoding Trump’s Epstein Strategy," stating that the Trump team was negotiating with the various layers of the Deep State and that the Epstein file, so to speak, was going to be played in a move that would pressure middle-tier actors.

Update - July 8th, 2025: Pam Bondi and Trump Downplay Epstein during Cabinet Meeting

During a Trump cabinet meeting, a reporter questioned the absence of a minute from the Jeffrey Epstein prison video, prompting President Trump to express frustration, labeling the discussion as a "waste of time" given Epstein's long-standing infamy. Attorney General Pam Bondi responded by explaining that the missing minute was part of an older video system that resets nightly, and while the video itself was not conclusive, prior evidence supported the conclusion that Epstein committed suicide. This exchange occurred amidst heightened public interest and skepticism, fueled by recent releases of Epstein-related files and ongoing conspiracy theories, reflecting a broader narrative of distrust in official accounts of Epstein's death.

As you might imagine, a lot of people are upset at the seeming flagrant disregard for how Trump responded. But, within the context of what is discussed below, this is exactly the type of behavior we’d expect from him if the goal was to instill confidence in those former Deep State assets who have agreed to work with Trump in exchange for not being prosecuted—at least for now.

The Epstein Memo Drops

In a stunning development that has ignited fierce debate, a newly surfaced memo from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)—reported by ABC News on July 7, 2025—asserts that no evidence exists of a so-called "client list" maintained by disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, nor any proof that he blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his illicit activities.

Ordered under President Donald Trump’s administration, this review directly contradicts long-standing theories and public speculation about Epstein’s network, which intensified following his death in 2019 under murky circumstances. The unsigned and undated document has immediately raised eyebrows.

Critics are questioning its legitimacy and suggesting it may be a strategic move to deflect scrutiny, while others await official confirmation from the DOJ and FBI to clarify these explosive findings.

Here’s the memo.

As part of our commitment to transparency, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have conducted an exhaustive review of investigative holdings relating to Jeffrey Epstein. To ensure that the review was thorough, the FBI conducted digital searches of its databases, hard drives, and network drives as well as physical searches of squad areas, locked cabinets, desks, closets, and other areas where responsive material may have been stored. These searches uncovered a significant amount of material, including more than 300 gigabytes of data and physical evidence.

The files relating to Epstein include a large volume of images of Epstein, images and videos of victims who are either minors or appear to be minors, and over ten thousand downloaded videos and images of illegal child sex abuse material and other pornography. Teams of agents, analysts, attorneys, and privacy and civil liberties experts combed through the digital and documentary evidence with the aim of providing as much information as possible to the public while simultaneously protecting victims. Much of the material is subject to court-ordered sealing. Only a fraction of this material would have been available had Epstein gone to trial, as the seal served only to protect victims and did not expose any additional third-parties to allegations of illegal wrongdoing. Through this review, we found no basis to revisit the disclosure of those materials and will not permit the release of child pornography.

This systematic review revealed no incriminating "client list." There was also no credible evidence found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.

Consistent with prior disclosures, this review confirmed that Epstein harmed over one thousand victims. Each suffered unique trauma. Sensitive information relating to these victims is intertwined throughout the materials. This includes specific details such as victim names and likenesses, physical descriptions, places of birth, associates, and employment history.

One of our highest priorities is combatting child exploitation and bringing justice to victims. Perpetuating unfounded theories about Epstein serves neither of those ends.

To that end, while we have labored to provide the public with maximum information regarding Epstein and ensured examination of any evidence in the government's possession, it is the determination of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation that no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted.

After a thorough investigation, FBI investigators concluded that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on August 10, 2019. This conclusion is consistent with previous findings, including the August 19, 2019 autopsy findings of the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the November 2019 position of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in connection with the investigation of federal correctional officers responsible for guarding Epstein, and the June 2023 conclusions of DOJ's Office of the Inspector General.

The conclusion that Epstein died by suicide is further supported by video footage from the common area of the Special Housing Unit (SHU) where Epstein was housed at the time of his death. As DOJ's Inspector General explained in 2023, anyone entering or attempting to enter the tier where Epstein's cell was located from the SHU common area would have been captured by this footage. The FBI's independent review of this footage confirmed that from the time Epstein was locked in his cell at around 10:40 pm on August 9, 2019, until around 6:30 am the next morning, nobody entered any of the tiers in the SHU.

During this review, the FBI enhanced the relevant footage by increasing its contrast, balancing the color, and improving its sharpness for greater clarity and viewability. The memo doesn’t say that no client list exists at all, it says that the FBI files did not reveal any client list, which is an important distinction.

Missing Minute of Footage

The recently released surveillance footage of Jeffrey Epstein’s final hours, sparked widespread skepticism on X, with many users asserting that a critical minute of footage appears to be missing around midnight on August 9-10, 2019, as noted by a timestamp discrepancy highlighted in reports from The Hill.

“As DOJ’s Inspector General explained in 2023, anyone entering or attempting to enter the tier where Epstein’s cell was located from the SHU common area would have been captured by this footage,” the DOJ’s memo states. “The FBI’s independent review of this footage confirmed that from the time Epstein was locked in his cell at around 10:40 pm on August 9, 2019, until around 6:30 am the next morning, nobody entered any of the tiers in the SHU.”

But more skepticism emerged after the video’s release regarding the timestamp, which appears to jump ahead one minute at midnight on Aug. 10. The jump is noticeable in the original video and an enhanced version from the FBI.

The DOJ didn’t immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment on the apparent timestamp shift.

This perceived gap has fueled a resurgence of popular theories, including the notion that Epstein was murdered to silence him, with some pointing to a potential cover-up by prison staff or higher authorities, possibly linked to the "Clinton body count" narrative implicating former President Bill Clinton. Other theories suggest involvement of intelligence agencies like the CIA or Mossad, who might have orchestrated the deletion to protect powerful clients, while some speculate the footage was tampered with to obscure an intervention, reflecting the ongoing distrust in official accounts of Epstein’s death.

My thoughts: It is strange that the footage appears to be missing. This could be a minor glitch—unlikely, given the gravity of the much-anticipated footage—or it could be a kind of Easter Egg. If, as is discussed below, the Epstein Memo is meant to broker trust between Trump and recently defected Deep State actors, then the Easter Egg theory would serve as a "hat tip" to those aware of Trump’s regular use of coded symbolism, indicating that there is, in fact, more to the story.

Fake Memo Debunked by White House Press Secretary

Even though there was initial speculation that the Epstein Memo was fake, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has asserted its legitimacy. This suggests that the memo is genuine and that Trump has, so to speak, endorsed it, further lending credence to the idea that it is part of some unfolding effort.

My Thoughts

There’s a lot we could delve into, but in the interest of not turning this article into a small novel, I’ll offer a few rapid-fire statements that are good to consider and be reminded of.

The Blackmail System of Control Now In Trump’s Hands

It's crucial to remember that the Global Order has leveraged blackmail, secret societies, and planted agents within royal courts, corporate boards, and every government on Earth for a very long time—methods we know have been employed for at least the past thousand years, if not far longer. Jeffrey Epstein, in this context, is likely just one of many such blackmail operations. These schemes are designed to generate and collect information used to pressure and compromise key individuals: mediocre middlemen, public figures, and those occupying positions in government, industry, and religious institutions. Such individuals are often shortsighted, easily beguiled by temptations, bribes, and even beautiful women, making them susceptible to manipulation for the benefit of the hidden hand we’ve discussed.

If President Trump has indeed spent the past nine years preparing the world for this precise moment—where he would finally wield the full might of the U.S. government and its executive branch to execute the final stages of this grand operation—would he truly expose a comprehensive blackmail list to the world? Doing so might completely overthrow these assets currently under the Order's control. In turn, the delicate web that has controlled the many competing syndicates of power (the so-called Liberal World Order) would fracture, and it would mean restoring order without significant bloodshed would be very difficult, if not impossible.

Would it not make more strategic sense for Trump to maintain this list and information, using it as leverage to compel these corrupt actors to align with the MAGA agenda and the dismantling of the existing corrupt power structure? Realize that it was only blackmail that kept these many competing groups together in the first place. In my view, wielding the blackmail control system for the benefit of MAGAdom is a far better strategy of war than upending everything to release a few truth files to the public, as satisfying as that might be.

Trump’s Coup Against the Global Cabal

In this sense, what we’re witnessing is not a coup of the U.S. or any other country; we’re witnessing nothing less than a coup against the hidden global Cabal and criminal syndicate that has wove its way into every institution and nation on Earth. And the head controlling and orchestrating this coup is none other than Trump and the team that surrounds him.

Maintaining Order to Win the War for MAGA

Consider things in context. Many have eagerly awaited mass arrests for Epstein's clients, anticipating the exposure of much truth and a complete dismantling of the global power structure. However, there's a significant problem with this expectation. As any student of history knows, during wars, coups, or other power transitions—whether public or covert—it's very easy for order to be lost, leading to immense problems. This chaos victimizes not only the general populace, who are always vulnerable in such shifts, but also those genuinely working for positive change.

What we have seen over the past eighty years is that the intelligence apparatus, the military-industrial complex, and the soft and overt power engineers of the current Global Order have keenly understood that maintaining a semblance of order is critical to retaining power and effectively enacting change. While it might seem to violate our principles, I believe a form of "white hat scheming" is likely unfolding: a strategic effort to pressure the thousands, if not millions, of people who currently benefit from the Deep State and Global Order apparatus to work with Trump and his agenda. This, in my view, is the most probable outcome.

This means that, in contrast to some of the rhetoric we’ve seen regarding President Trump over the past three years, he has to play the "middle road." He must quietly advance his mission while convincing those deceived by the mainstream media (the War Hawks, for instance) that he remains committed to their cause (e.g., fighting for Israel and ending Iran’s role in the Middle East). This strategy would include not destroying the Global Order by widely releasing all the blackmail material that undoubtedly exists and has existed for decades. This is the same material that Ghislaine Maxwell's father and his associates in Mossad and other Five Eyes nations have been gathering—the same shadowy group that has, I contend, poisoned our medical system, ruined our education system, propagandized almost all media on the planet, and compromised our elections.

These "middle managers," as I've referred to them, are arguably among the most controlled and mentally co-opted people on Earth, even more so than the rank-and-file citizens who remain unaware of all this activity. Therefore, to prevent calamity by attempting to force more change than can reasonably be absorbed by the existing system, and to ensure that whatever change is effected is lasting, President Trump has to play a very strategic game. I believe this is precisely what we’re witnessing.

Is Trump Using the Epstein File to Force the Deep State’s Hand?

Specifically, the benefit of not exposing everyone on the Epstein client list—and the myriad of connections that undoubtedly exist beyond Epstein’s direct interactions—is that President Trump can now use this as leverage to ensure and guarantee compliance with the upcoming Agenda 47.

Agenda 47 is nothing less than the single largest transformation of civilization arguably ever attempted in recorded history—this is what I suspect. To maintain control over such a monumental undertaking and keep all actors who were once loyal to the New World Order aligned with the MAGA agenda, President Trump needs to hold over their heads the very same blackmail material that kept them in line to begin with.

If I’m right, the Epstein memo might actually be proof that negotiations are proceeding as planned. It suggests that the people who could never be trusted—those placed in power precisely because the Deep State had dirt and blackmail on them—will now be mobilized to work with Agenda 47.

Now, we must consider whether this strategy violates our patriotic principles and if it is an ethical course of action. For what it's worth, I agree that I would love to live in a world where such tactics were unnecessary, where we could completely disengage from the corrupt actors who have proven themselves untrustworthy and acted badly. But we do not live in that world. The reality is that if we want to win this war, we must act as many of the best fighters and generals throughout history have: by using the resources available on the battlefield in the moment. This sometimes requires compromising certain principles to win the battle, win the war, and ultimately be on the right side of history to do good moving forward, both at home and abroad.

The fact is, our world has been dominated by blackmail, scheming, and competing power plays. Until the cultural corruption machine of the globalists has been removed and our culture can be aligned with principles of truth, integrity, and justice, we’ll likely have to hold the corrupt actors in place using the covert methods Trump now has at his disposal.

Should We Blindly Trust?

I also believe we have good reason to remain suspicious. Ultimately, even as I continue to advance the idea that President Trump is "a good guy," working for the benefit of humanity, we don’t truly know what the ultimate endgame is. This is why, as ever, we must remain centered, be critical thinkers, and use our intrinsic thinking and substantive evaluations, as I’ve discussed many times before. We must consider as many perspectives as possible (the Omniological Method) so that we can identify the truth and align with it when it finally emerges before us.

Of course, I could be wrong, and there could be something much more insidious afoot here. However, if we look at everything President Trump has stood for, talked about, and revealed—both publicly and in encoded form on message boards—the most coherent interpretation is that this situation is not what it seems.

There are too many holes to believe there is no “client list”

How did all the material Pam Bondi said she had on her desk simply disappear?

How were Ghislaine Maxwell and Epstein charged with child trafficking when no clients were named?

Did they act completely alone, or were there other actors—many, in fact—who have now flipped and are under the control of Trump and his team?

I think it’s far more likely that what we’re seeing is a strategic move to advance the agenda forward, not proof that President Trump and his team are under some kind of covert pressure.

What’s more likely is that, as a demonstration of a much bigger operation afoot and to prove to these recently recruited actors that they can trust Trump and his plans, Trump needed to "defang" the Epstein list publicly. This would guarantee their loyalty, both through a demonstration of Trump upholding his end of the bargain and because the dagger held over their heads would drop if they didn't. This is how sting operations work: prosecutors often make agreements not to prosecute, allowing those who have just secured a plea bargain to work with the team to deliver a bigger blow.

Beware the Doom Sayers and the Divide and Conquer Operatives

As for those who are screaming that President Trump is compromised—that he is a bought-and-paid-for stooge of the Israel lobby, or any other variation of doomsday interpretation—keep in mind that legions of bots, sock puppet accounts, and deceived content creators are wielding the agenda of groups attempting to remain in power and undermine President Trump for their own interests. Many well-intentioned people are easily swayed by their own disillusionment, believing that because events aren't unfolding as they wanted, all is lost. Then, of course, there are others who are outright deceivers, working for intelligence agencies or similar groups who benefit and profit from sowing as much division as possible, adhering to a "divide and conquer" strategy.

In closing, I’ll say that no matter what happens and no matter how crazy things get, one thing we should always strive to be united around is our quest for freedom—for ourselves and our children—and the truth that we’re all mutually trying to figure out. None of us have all the answers, and surely we can find common ground in trying to discover what those answers are and seeking the truth together.

Why has Trump allowed Epstein's accomplices to walk free?

This is not an endorsement of Trump's position regarding Epstein's accomplices. It's an attempt to explain what might be going on in his mind.

John Durham only indicted three people connected to Spygate. Kevin Clinesmith was the only person convicted, and that was for lying to the FBI. Danchenko and Sussman were acquitted despite a mountain of evidence of their guilt.

The lesson learned from Spygate is that courts and jury pools are generally not inclined to convict those who wronged Trump.

Durham knew he had no chance of convicting Obama, Rice, Brennan, Clapper, or low-level operatives like Strzok & Page due to a politicized justice system.

If the DOJ prosecuted Democratic members of Congress for crimes related to Epstein, what do you imagine the odds would be of getting a conviction?

Zero.

Trump understands that it's a pointless effort trying to bring justice to corrupt elected leaders, which may be why he has given up on seeing justice for these matters from the past.

He has clearly turned his attention to issues over which he has control, such as closing the border, deporting illegal aliens, and fixing the economy.

He's not going to come out and tell the world our justice system is screwed, and that's why he has to let the Epstein crimes go, but that appears to be the realty we must live with.

I'm not saying I agree with this approach. I'm merely offering a logical thought process that might explain Trump's position.

He’s right: the justice system is compromised, and it has been for a long time. In an upcoming Agenda 47 article, I’ll explain in detail what a real justice system is supposed to look like and why the one we have now is anything but. Strategically, releasing the Epstein files—or any other sensitive information—might be a waste of a card better played once the reforms are in full swing.
