Precedents set: Kash Patel Says Fauci can be Arrested, as Bannon Expected to Go To Jail in July

Will these precedents come to work against Anthony Fauci and Hunter Biden?

On July 1, 2024, we expect the former Trump White House Chief Strategies Steve Bannon to go to jail for contempt of Congress. Despite no formal charges against them to date, Anthony Fauci and Hunter Biden are also guilty of contempt of Congress. These precedents might haunt Fauci and Hunter Biden.

Charlie Kirk asks Kash Patel in a 2023 interview on The Charlie Kirk Show if Fauci and others, such as Hunter Biden, can be subject to the same rules as Peter Navarro, who violated a Congressional subpoena. Kash said yes, and that the Sergeant at Arms can even detach a SWAT team to arrest them and hold them in cells in the basement of Congress.
