Fasting to achieve a state of autophagy is also reported to help remove toxins, including spike proteins. Brian Cates wrote a good piece on this (which I can't seem to find at the moment). And nothing can replace regular exercise, even if you just go for a walk every day.

Barbara O'Neill also has lots of great advice on fasting and foods that allow your God-engineered body to heal itself.

Excellent information. I had been using Fulvic and Humic acid and quit, I must restart it.
